4/22/12 Six Sentence Sunday

Silas limped into the kitchen, calling over his shoulder, “You got a sewing kit in here?”
Emily frowned. “In the pantry on the shelf, there’s a little sewing kit in there. Uhh…Silas, you’re not going to stitch my foot up with that. I mean, I’m no wimp, but that’s a bit too hard-core for me. Not to mention terribly unsanitary.”

Having stitches removed is painful enough; I can’t imagine how painful it would be to have them put in without any pain relief! I hope they at least have some iodine or something.
